About Appnet Bridge

Appnet Bridge is a Hong Kong forensic financial auditing practice focused on transaction review, ledger integrity, and dispute support.

Why we exist

Boards and counsel in Hong Kong often inherit a messy middle: management accounts that look tidy, and payment trails that do not. Appnet Bridge was formed to sit in that middle — reconstructing what actually moved through the books, without dressing the work as a product or a software pitch.

Where we work

Our office is at Alexandra House, 18 Chater Road, Central, Hong Kong. Fieldwork happens at client premises when original vouchers cannot leave the building, or remotely when ledgers and bank statements can be transferred under controlled access.

Who instructs us

Audit committees, finance directors, and solicitors handling commercial or shareholder disputes. We are engaged as independent reviewers of financial records — not as statutory auditors and not as advocates.

How we approach people

A single engagement partner stays with the file from intake to briefing. Junior reviewers handle vouching and scheduling; partners own exception judgement and the wording of findings letters. Clients speak to one named contact throughout.

Values that show up in the work

  • Document honesty — we record what we received, when, and in what form.
  • Proportion — sampling plans match the risk, not a desire to expand hours.
  • Readable findings — letters are written for busy directors, not for show.
  • Clear edges — we state what we did not examine.

Credentials in context

Our reviewers bring backgrounds in financial audit, investigations support, and Hong Kong commercial reporting. We do not claim courtroom-expert status unless a separate instruction and CV package is agreed with counsel.
